We’re all about an impeccable fit, we believe in a simple method that will give you the confort to buy with confidence anything from our platform.

We want to make it very easy, just ask for an appoinment and our knoladgeble team of outffiters will pay you a visit (home, office, hotel,…) in order to open you an account.

This outfitter will measure you, will show you the fabrics we work with and will give you the necessary advice about your daily outfit, from there you are free to buy anything that fits to your convinience from our website.

Once we measure you, we will secure that data into your online account. Anything you will buy from us will be manufactured based on your measures.

 

Question PERFECT FIT GUARANTEE

All garments are hand-made under strict quality control to provide you a perfectly fitted garment. In rare occasions your product may not have the right fit – that’s why we created the Perfect Fit Guarantee.

We know that fit matters. If, against all odds, your garment does not fit you properly we will cover some of the alteration costs made by your local tailor or, alternatively, we will make a new garment for you.

If the garment requires only a few adjustments in order to fit you perfectly, take it to a local tailor: we will reimburse this expense up to 25%.

When will I receive my order?

All domestic orders ship via UPS Ground free of charge. Once your order is placed, it takes our team 10 to 12 business days to process. From there, your order will arrive in 3-5 business days.

You can view the status of your order anytime by logging into your Account. Once the order ships, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with tracking information.

Can I make changes to my order?

We do our best to process your orders as quickly as possible. If you do need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at help@fablain.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to make changes before the order ships.

What payment options does Fablain offer?

Fablain offers a wide range of payment methods in order to provide our users a safe and easy payment process.

Fablain accepts all major credit cards. Our payment platform integrates a SSL-EV encrypted credit card processor, which allows your confidential data to be transmitted securely. We will hold the money until the product gets to you, once you are happy with the purchase we will charge the amount right away.

The company also offers alternative payment methods such as Paypal.

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund.Defective merchandise may be returned within 15 days after final receipt for a refund. Merchandise received after 15 days will only be accepted at our discretion and will only qualify for a store credit. Please note: All products must be returned in their original condition, with tags still attached.

  • We reserve the final approval on all Returns.
  • No Return allowed on Final Sale items.
